We review
We read your referral carefully, usually within one business day.

We reach out and meet
A call or email to talk through fit and needs, then we coordinate intake and build the support plan together.

We staff the case
Staffing typically takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on the recipient's needs. During this period, we offer IHS Remote check-ins and limited Director visits to keep momentum going.
